Tiny Leap Gymnastics Academy

Our classes

Gymnastics classes for every age and stage

Children are grouped by age so that the pace, the language and the challenges fit them. Every group welcomes beginners.

Ages 3–4

Tiny Leapers

Short, playful stations with plenty of changes of pace. Little ones learn to roll, hang, balance and land safely while getting used to following a coach and sharing space with other children.

Kids Gymnastics

A structured class with a warm-up, skill stations and a cool-down. Children work through the core shapes and skills of gymnastics step by step, moving on when they are ready rather than by the calendar.

What we work on

  • Floor basics: rolls, cartwheels, handstands
  • Beam and bar foundations
  • Strength and flexibility

Inside a session

How a class is put together

The details change with age, but every Tiny Leap session follows the same simple shape.

  1. 1

    Warm-up

Games and mobility work to get bodies and attention ready.

  2. 2

    Skill stations

Small groups rotate through floor, balance and strength stations.

  3. 3

    Challenge

One new thing to try, broken into steps a child can manage.

  4. 4

    Cool-down

Stretching, a quick recap and a high-five on the way out.

Not sure which group is right? Read our guide to the right age to start gymnastics, or check the weekday timetable.
